I was waiting in the parking lot for a friend of mine and I noticed over at Hart chicken and there was a very elderly little lady and another little lady trying to get up the ramp to the restaurant and they were struggling but a young man from the restaurant came out and helped them and it really touched my heart. He was a young man And to know that there are still good people in this world ! God Bless you .
The young lady at the window... I didn't catch her name, but I have never encountered a drive-thru attendant so attentive and willing to help. She asked about our day and seemed to genuinely care. She wasn't annoyed when I needed to add to my order. She was great! Plus the food was hot and fresh. I honestly prefer Porter Hartz over Cleveland and New Caney!
Manager resolved my issue on wrong order with no questions asked. They're really good people and I love dealing with her and her husband
You just can't beat their chicken strips with a little white gravy and hot sauce. I enjoy the fish and the pickled beets, too. Note that the buffet closes an hour before the rest of the store.

What gimme that chicken!!! Very flavor an awesome different taste. And the rolls man so good the okra is always on point. the buffet is awesome fresh food always. Dang now I'm hungry.
Came here tonight with my family. They wanted fresh chicken and the cook and server still dropped fresh chicken for them. I told them I wanted the chicken that was hot under the light and it was still hot and fresh to me. Great service from the people here even though we came 30 minutes before closing they still served us like they just opened. Very happy!
Been here a few times...buffet has always been fresh. This location is way better than the New Caney location...they need to close it. It just looks dirty!
